Thinking ahead. Are you sure you know your reader?

Working with the marketing team at EA/Hasbro, has changed my viewpoint on how to approach my target market. Now I’m starting to think about how to reach my readers and what they will want, not today, but 2 years down the road. If you are not thinking about this you might be left out in the cold.
